For all orders above £20, postage is free! For orders below £20, we have a flat rate postage of £2.99 per order. Our online store only caters for deliveries to UK mainland, so if you live outside the UK and would like to place an order, please e-mail your requirements to us at sales@creativeproducts.ltd.uk
We will get back to you with a delivery charge, if it is to your liking, you can either pay over the phone, or we can send you a Paypal invoice for online payment.
Please remember our flat rate cost also covers the cost of processing your order and not just the face value of postage.
Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail. Your goods will be despatched once your payment has cleared in our account and will be with you within 7 days.

We hope you are happy with everything you buy from us either online or over the telephone but if for any reason you do need to return your item(s) please drop us an email to sales@creativeproducts.ltd.uk we will then ask you to post them back to us at the following address within 14 days of receiving your item. Is your item faulty?
If your item is faulty please contact us on the above telephone or email address, we will be happy for you to post them back to us and we will send you a brand-new replacement item.
Purchased from a store?
If you purchased from a store please take it back to the store you purchased it from with the original till receipt, they will then exchange or refund according to their individual returns policy. Unfortunately, we cannot refund if it has been purchased from a store as the item was not originally purchased directly from us.
